Prerequisites:

  • Browser : IE version 6.0 (Version: 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254)
  • Intranet Users (Ispat Internal User) must adjust their browser as described below

Note : Open you Internet Explore and Click - Tools-->Internet Options-->Connections--> LAN Settings

Put appropriate PROXY server as shown below. Please don't forget to select "Bypass proxy...." checkbox. After that click on "Advanced" as shown below.

Put following two entries in "Exceptions" box as shown in following screen.

1) 172.*;

2) *.ispatind.com

 

While using Live Auction incase if you are facing Java related problems, please go through below mentioned steps.

1. Please go to Sun's official website

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html

2. Click on "Download J2SE v 1.4.2 JRE

It will prompt for download of appropriate EXE file, Please download it on your local machine and install it. This step will take approximately 10-15 minutes after download is completed.
