Colour Coating Line |
|
| Galvanized
coils constitutes the raw material for colour coating process. Colour Coating
Line incorporate surface preparation, service coating, heating, cooling,
prime coating, top coating/ printing and guard film application. Progold
treatment applies for better adhesion of paint with substrate corrosion
resistant. A drier is provided to dry the surface in a temperature between
100 to 120 deg. C. In Service Coating
process, paint application by paint coating machine is done. Ovens
for baking temperature depend on line speed and thickness of coil. A Centre
Position Controller is provided to squeeze the water and control the sheet
at centre position. Finally prime coating and top coating/printing
are carried out by paint coating machine. |

Guard film (sticking
polythene) is applied to protect scratch, and other surface defect. The installed production capacity of Colour Coating Line is 23997 MT/annum. |
